Appointment Policy
Aside from emergency situations, we ask our clients to schedule appointments when they need their pet to be seen. This allows us to dedicate more time and attention to our clients during examinations while also minimizing your time spent in the waiting room.
We ask that you please book as soon in advance as you can. We recommend scheduling well in advance for wellness exams, which can easily be done when you are checking out with the front desk. If an issue arises and you need your pet to be seen by a veterinarian, please call us right away and we will do everything we can to fit you in.
If you are unable to make it to a scheduled appointment, we ask that you alert us as soon as you can so we may open your appointment to another pet who needs it.
Same Day Appointments
It is our goal to provide the highest quality service and care, in a convenient and friendly setting. That is why we accept same day appointments when possible. If your pet is sick and we are fully booked we will try to accommodate your request to the best of our ability.
We understand that you have a busy schedule, and we want to work with you to make veterinary care easier for you and your pets.

Arrival Policy
For your safety and the safety of our other clients and staff, we require all pets entering the hospital to be properly restrained, meaning leashes for dogs and carriers for cats. If your pet has any biting issues, we ask that you please muzzle them.
Payment Policy
We accept all credit cards, checks and cash. No business checks please. All checks require ID (driver license). We offer a six month payment plan via CareCredit®. No services will be rendered without payment.
